FaCILISI.COM provides Templates and iPad Templates, professionally designed for Apple® iWork® Pages® and Pages® iPad, in which you will simply add your text and photographs to create amazing documents. Graphic designers will customize them to create their own projects. Most of our templates are available in four (4) different styles and colors to give you a hint on the possibilities of each template and also to make it more easy for you to find the ones who could match the best at your projects. You have the possibility to buy them by the unit or by package depending of your needs.
The template(s) you will download will have the same color(s) and font(s) that the template(s) you will add in your "Shopping Cart". Fonts are not included in the download(s) but most of the fonts we used are from MAC OS X ® or Pages® iPad. In few templates we also used fonts who are available to download for free, you will find information about these fonts in the "Template Description". Our templates are completely editable.
Our templates and packages are in the US and ISO formats. Both formats are included in each download.

Our Templates are easily editable, you can change their sizes, colors, fonts... depending of your needs.
Pages® '08, '09 Templates: brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, envelopes and posters were created with "Page Layout", and our letterheads were created with "Word Processing".
iPad Templates: our Templates were re-edited especially for the touchscreen, they were created with "Page Layout" and "Word Processing" to be easily editable with Pages® iPad.
Note: iPad Templates can be opened with iWork® Pages® '09, but design will not look exactly the same.

When you will download a template in your computer, it will look like:
You are granted a limited non-exclusive license to install and use one copy of FaCILISI template / package for Mac ® on one desktop computer and one portable computer and to install and use one copy of FaCILISI template / package for Pages® iPad on one iPad and one computer so long as computers and / or iPad are owned and used by you. You may not make FaCILISI template / package available over a network where it could be used by multiple users at the same time. If you need a volume license, please, contact our Sales Department.
Our templates are governed by our royalty-free license. Under this license, you have the right to use the templates multiple times for multiple projects without additional fees. The rights granted to you are non-exclusive, non-transferable and personal to you. However, when you customize a template, you may transfer the resulting derivative work to your printer or to your client who can not edit them or use them to create new projects. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer, the license granted and restrictions and limitations recited herein apply to your employer and to you as a representative of your employer. Should you cease working for your employer, your employer may continue to operate under this agreement and your rights under this agreement will be terminated.
FaCILISI.COM makes no warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
FaCILISI.COM shall not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any lost profits or other damages arising out of this license or inability to use our templates.
YOU CAN NOT CLAIM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT OR EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP TO ANY OF OUR TEMPLATES, MODIFIED OR UNMODIFIED. YOU CAN NOT SELL THE TEMPLATES "AS IS", OR THE CUSTOMIZED TEMPLATE AS A TEMPLATE.

You do not need to have a PayPal® account to pay by credit / debit cards. However, if you have a PayPal® account, you will have the possibility to choose to pay using it, at the time of checkout. We do not accept payment by check, cash, or money order.
The security of your information is a top priority, and it’s why, for our credit / debit card processing, we chose PayPal®. Because all payments by credit / debit cards are completed through PayPal®, FaCILISI.COM does not have and can not have your bank information.
Templates are intangible products, so only non-downloaded products can be refunded. Refund request must be received within seven (7) days of purchase. A store credit or exchange may be offered instead of a refund.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this web site. This includes any personal injury, business interruption, loss of use, lost data, lost profits, or any other pecuniary loss, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortuous action, even if we have been informed of the possibility.
