Download for Pages® '08, '09 HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TEMPLATE(S) / PACKAGE(S)? When your payment is successfully completed, click on the "Return to Merchant" button on the PayPal® payment page. You will be directed to a page with the download button(s) for your purchase. Then click on the button(s) for immediate download. Your download(s) will be zip file(s) who will be automatically unzipped by MAC OS X ®. Note: If you are disconnected during the process and that the "Return to Merchant" button does not appear, within a few minutes of payment confirmation, you will receive an email (to the email address you entered in your customer details), in which you will find information about the late download. Your Template(s) or Package(s) will be available to download during three (3) days. If for any reason, you need an extension, contact our Customer Service. WHY AM I GETTING AN ERROR WITH MY ZIP FILE(S)? This is probably due to a temporary outage in your internet connection while you downloaded your file(s). Installation for Pages® '08, '09 HOW DO I INSTALL MY TEMPLATE / PACKAGE INTO PAGES®? When you have downloaded your Template(s) / Package(s), the simplest way to install them into Pages® (Template Chooser), is by following these instructions:    FOR THE FIRST DOWNLOAD AT FaCILISI.COM STEP 1: Click on "Home" (usually your username) > "Library" > "Application Support" > "iWork" > "Pages" > "Templates", and create a new folder, name it: Facilisi Tips: If "iWork" does not appear in your "Home" (usually your username) > "Library" > "Application Support", simply open your Pages®. Click "File" > "New from Template Chooser…", select a template or a blank page, then click "Choose". The template or a blank page is now open, click "File" > "Save as Template…" > on the new window click "Cancel" and quit Pages®. Now "iWork" should appear in your "Application Support". STEP 2: Open your downloaded file, named "Facilisi" followed by the template’s name / package's name. In the file you will find: your template / package (in the format US and ISO), a document named "Read Me" (in which you will find these instructions) and a document named "Lisez-Moi" (which is the French translation of "Read Me"). Simply copy the template / package in the format of your choice then paste it into the folder "Facilisi" you created. If you wish to have the format US and ISO into your Pages® (Template Chooser), you can copy and paste both templates / packages. YOUR TEMPLATE / PACKAGE IS INSTALLED INTO PAGES® (Template Chooser): You will find it in "Pages" > "File" > "New" or "New from Template Chooser..." (depending the configuration of your preferences) > "My Templates".    FROM THE SECOND DOWNLOAD AT FaCILISI.COM Because the folder "Facilisi" has been created in "Pages" > "Templates" for the installation of the first template / package, you will only need to open the downloaded file, copy the template / package in the format of your choice and paste it into the folder "Facilisi" ("Home" (usually your username) > "Library" > "Application Support" > "iWork" > "Pages" > "Templates" > "Facilisi"). If one day you must reinstall your operating system (MAC OS X ®) or if you delete the folder "Facilisi" in "Home" (usually your username) > "Library" > "Application Support" > "iWork" > "Pages" > "Templates", you will need the downloaded file(s) to reinstall your template(s) / package(s) into Pages®. HOW TO EDIT TEMPLATE(S) WITHOUT INSTALLATION? You do not need to install the template into Pages® to open it and edit it, if you double click on the template it will open into Pages®, but once you will edit and save it, the original template you bought will be lost, you will only have the edited template. Pages® '08, '09 templates ARE YOUR TEMPLATES COMPATIBLE WITH ALL PAGES®? No. Our templates are compatible with Pages® 08 and Pages® 09. This is specified in the "Template Description". WHERE ARE THE TEMPLATES FROM MY PACKAGE? Once you have installed your package into Pages®, you will find them in Pages® > "File" > "New" or "New from Template Chooser..." (depending the configuration of your preference) > "My templates" > "Facilisi". Select a category (package's name followed by brochures vertical, brochures horizontal, flyers vertical...), and click "Choose". All the templates available in the category will appear when you will click "Pages" in the toolbar. WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF YOUR TEMPLATES? In the downloaded file you will find the template or package in the US format and the ISO format. Both formats are included in each download. US ISO •  Brochures 8.5"x11" A4: 21x29.7cm •  Flyers (1) 3.66"x8.5" 9.9x21cm •  Postcards (2) 4.25"x5.5" A6: 10.5x14.8cm •  Business Cards 3.5"x2" 9x5cm •  Letterheads 8.5"x11" A4: 21x29.7cm •  Envelopes #10: 4.12"x9.49" DL: 11x22cm •  Posters 11"x17" A3: 29.7x42cm (1) Flyers: the size is 1/3 of a letter size, you can print 3 flyers on a letter or use flyers to create you own trifold. (2) Postcards: the size is 1/4 of a letter size, you can print 4 postcards on a letter. ARE PHOTOGRAPHS INCLUDED WITH THE TEMPLATES? No. Our templates are illustrated with photographs to show you an insight of our templates. They are sold without photographs. Yes, of course. The template(s) you will download will have the same color(s) and font(s) that the template(s) you will add in your shopping cart but our templates are completely editable. You can customize them for your different projects. The text used in our templates is the standard Lorem Ipsum Text (Latin) to show you how the templates will look like with your own text. ARE FONTS INCLUDED WITH THE TEMPLATES? No, but most of the fonts we used are from MAC OS X ®. In few templates we also used fonts who are available to download for free. You will find information about these fonts in the "Template Description". HOW TO INSTALL A FONT UNDER MAC OS X ®? MAC OS X ® recognizes "TrueType" and "OpenType" fonts (.ttf and .otf) but not the "PC bitmap" fonts (.fon). Files are compressed, you may need an utility like Apple Archive Utility® or Stuffit Expander® (which should be included in MAC OS X ®). - Under MAC OS X 10.3 ® or above (including the FontBook®): Double-click the "Font File" > "Install Font" button at the bottom of the preview.   - Under any version of MAC OS X ®: Put the files into "Library" > "Fonts" (for all users), or into "Users" > "Your UserName" > "Library" > "Fonts" (for you only). CAN YOUR TEMPLATES BE EXPORTED TO MS WORD® (.doc)? Yes. In Pages®, go to "File" then "Export", choose "Word" and click "Next". CAN YOU EDIT MY TEMPLATES? No. Brochures, flyers, postcards, business cards, envelopes and posters were created with "Page Layout", and our letterheads were created with "Word Processing". They are easily editable, you only need the basic tools of Pages® to edit them. DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM TEMPLATES? We create custom templates occasionally. Send a description of your needs to our Customer Service and you will receive an answer within 2 business days. DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES? No. For the printing we recommend you 48HourPrint.com. Because our templates are in zip files and that right now iPad can not open them, you must download template(s) on your computer (MAC ® or PC) prior to install them on your iPad. After a moment, your iPad appears under Devices on the left side of the iTunes® window. 2. In iTunes®, select the name of your iPad and click "Apps". 3. Scroll to the bottom of the Apps window and select "Pages®" (in the Apps list under File Sharing). 4. Click "Add", and then locate the Template you want to import in the "Choose a File: iTunes®" window that appears. 5. Select the Template, and click "Choose". 6. Open Pages® on your iPad. 7.
